Any Fairfield student can express interest, in any major, with or without investing experience. FHFG is intentionally small — a founding cohort of roughly fifteen to twenty students who want the work, not just the meetings.

Founding Cohort
Anyone can apply. Not everyone will be in the room. The founding group is kept small — roughly fifteen to twenty students — so every member contributes to research discussions rather than sitting through them. No prior investing experience required; seriousness is.

For students who want ownership: sector coverage, valuation work, written theses, formal pitches, and a role in investment committee discussions. Send a resume or LinkedIn so we can see your background.
