Research & Valuation
Identify investment opportunities through fundamental analysis, financial modeling, and evaluation of market expectations.
Strategy Development
Construct an investment thesis, identify catalysts, and evaluate the appropriate strategy, risks, and potential hedges.
Investment Committee Review
Present and defend investment proposals through structured discussion of assumptions, valuation, and portfolio implications.
Portfolio Management
Evaluate simulated positions within the broader portfolio, monitor investment theses, and review outcomes.
Analyst Program & Investment Committee
FHFG's investment activities are organized around a selective Analyst Program and an Investment Committee responsible for evaluating investment proposals and simulated portfolio decisions.

- Director of Investments
- Coordinates research activities, investment presentations, and the broader investment process.
- Investment Committee
- Reviews proposals, challenges assumptions, and evaluates portfolio-level risks and simulated investment decisions.
General members participate without Analyst responsibilities. The Investment Committee currently includes the President, Vice President, Director of Investments, and Chair of the Investment Committee. FHFG's portfolio is simulated and educational; the organization does not manage university or outside capital.
